BOOK EARLY – Holidays book full months in advance. If you have not booked Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years by September you will likely end up on a waiting list.
Holiday Reservation Fees: A $40 nonrefundable holiday reservation fee is required to confirm any bookings that include dates in the certain date ranges (see table below). This helps us to handle holiday cancellations, manage the waitlist, and to provide bonuses to staff working on holidays.
Appointments: Certain holidays will have no or limited appointments available for check-ins and check-outs. Staff will be focused on caring for the cats already on site on those days.
Minimum Stays: Certain holidays have minimum stay requirements.
